Beim Hochladen werden Fehler nun besser gehandhabt und die Werte diesbezüglich lassen sich in der Config-Datei einstellen.

* Configurable timeouts & retry policy — new optional [upload] section in config.ini; previously these were compile-time constants.
* Smarter retries — only transient failures are retried (timeouts, connection errors, HTTP 408/425/429/5xx). 401/403/404/413 and other permanent errors give up immediately, so a wrong token or oversized file no longer wastes minutes.
* Retry-After & jitter — a server Retry-After hint is honored (capped at 60s); otherwise backoff grows 1s → 15s with ±20% jitter so channels don't retry in lockstep.
* Non-blocking retries — retries are spread across detection loops instead of blocking them; the queue pool grew from 8 to 16 slots to hold pending retries alongside new captures.
* Optional per-file time budget — image_item_budget / video_item_budget (seconds, 0 = unlimited) cap the total time one file may occupy the queue across all channels and attempts.
* Fix — the upload progress counter is now per transfer, fixing bogus progress output on retries.
