Robz8 hat den TWLoader aktualisiert.
Eine Schnellstart-Option wurde hinzugefügt – diese sorgt dafür, dass die WiFi-Features und das Banner-Caching übersprungen werden, um schnell ins ROM-Menü zu gelangen. Dies kann auch aktiviert werden, wenn "A" während des Startens gedrückt gehalten wird. Die R4 Ultra wird jetzt unterstützt und das 3DS-Home-Menu-Theme wurde verbessert.
Cover sollten nun schneller laden und ein Fehler wurde behoben, bei dem User ins HOME-Menü zurückgeworfen wurden, wenn ein Spiel geladen wurde. Näheres im Changelog.

UPDATE: v6.1.1 aktualisiert einige Grafiken und behebt einen Fehler mit der Benachrichtigungs-LED – diese wurde aus Versehen auf "regenbogenfarben" gesetzt, wenn sie ausgeschaltet wurde.
In dieser Version wurde grün als Farbe für die Benachrichtigungs-LED hinzugefügt und einige Grafiken mit einem HDR-Look verbessert. Des Weiteren wurde der verglichte Top-Screen bei einem Update des Loaders oder nds-bootstrap gefixt und die Such- und LED-Farboptionen funktionieren wieder.

DS-Homebrews lassen sich jetzt wieder starten; dafür wird eine separate NDS-Datei benötigt, die im Download enthalten ist – die Unterstützung im TWLoader folgt bald. Außerdem wurde der LRU-Cache von 7,2 MB auf 8 MB vergrößert.
What's new? * If debug is enabled, a "Press start" message will no longer be shown, and instead be on the debug screen for 1 second, before the ROM boots. * Homebrew compatibility is back in a new seperate bootstrap .nds file! * TWLoader and SRLoader will support it soon. Der DS(i)-Bootscreen hat nun einen Pseudo-120-FPS-Effekt, wenn 3D angeschaltet ist und dieser läuft wieder in normaler Geschwindigkeit, wenn eine 3DS-Cartridge eingelegt ist. Wer Probleme mit Bootstrap hat, sollte dieses erneut in TWLoader aktualisieren, da ein Update-Fehler behoben wurden.

Changes * Compatibility checks are now added. To take advantage of the checks, update unofficial bootstrap. If bootstrap stays on white screen for 1.5 seconds with the ROM not being loaded, the stock 3DS error screen will appear. Das HOME-Menü kann nun aufgerufen werden, wenn während des DS-/DSi-Bootscreens "HOME" gedrückt wird. Außerdem wird beim Start jetzt die DSP Firm (für den Sound) gedumpt, falls noch nicht geschehen.

Per Standard wird der DS-/DSi-Bootscreen nun nach dem Starten einer ROM angezeigt und es sollte nicht mehr zu Exceptions kommen, wenn dieser abgespielt wird.

Wer beim Start eine Exception erhalten hat (von Luma3DS) sollte diese Version ausprobieren, da dieses Problem gefixt wurde. Wenn eine Slot-1-Karte eingelegt wird, wird das Nintendo-Logo unter dem DS-/DSi-Logo angezeigt und im DSi-Menü-Theme erscheint nun "Loading…", wenn die Seite gewechselt wird, damit es nicht mehr so aussieht, als sei die Homebrew eingefroren.

Der DS-/DSi-Bootscreen wurde in die GUI verschoben und ist jetzt in 240p, Widescreen und mit 3D-Tiefe – es kann auch eingestellt werden, dass dieser vor oder nach der ROM-Auswahl erscheint. Wenn eine R4 oder das akMenu-/Wood-Theme verwendet wird, verschwindet das "Loading…" bevor das Menü erscheint und die Scrollbar vom DSi-Menü wurde zum DSi-Menü-Theme hinzugefügt. "Lock ARM9 SCFG EXT" wurde durch eine Einstellung ersetzt, die es ermöglicht, eine "Spender-ROM" für Saves über Bootstrap auszuwählen und die Update-Einstellungen für Bootstrap wurden in die NTR-/TWL-Einstellungen verschoben.
NDS-Bootstrap v0.2.0 ist jetzt enthalten, falls jemand Download Station mit HaxxStation benutzen möchte (kann – wo auch sonst – in den Einstellungen eingestellt werden) und eine 3DSX-Version für Rosalina (Luma3DS v8.0+) wurde hinzugefügt. Außerdem wurden die Einstellungen überarbeitet und die Tastenkombination für die Lösch-Warteschlange wurde von L + X zu Steuerkreuz Hoch + X geändert. Eine neue Build des NTR Launchers wird nun benutzt; die Acekard 2i sollte damit jetzt funktionieren.

Eine Nachricht wird nun angezeigt, wenn TWLoader aktuell ist und der Bootstrap-Updater funktioniert wieder. Zudem ist die Spieleanzahl nicht mehr auf jeder Seite "1", wenn eigentlich mehr vorhanden sind.

Ein Soft-Reset kann jetzt durchgeführt werden, wenn eine DSTT, R4i Gold, R4i-SDHC oder Supercard DSONE verwendet wird – dazu muss L+R+A+B+X+Y gedrückt werden. Ein neues Update-System wurde integriert, welches auch die Flashcard-Loader aktualisiert und leere Boxen als Platzhalter für übrige ROMs auf einer Seite wurden hinzugefügt. Die aktuelle Seite wird jetzt auch gespeichert.
Der Bootscreen wurde auf die SD verschoben, um Platz im TWLNAND zu sparen und die Flashcard-Liste benutzt nur eine weiße Farbe, um User mit grauer Farbe nicht zu verwirren. Die R4iDSN und R4i Gold RTS funktionieren wieder, aber die Acekard 2(i) noch nicht.

Wenn im Wood-Theme "Games (Flashcard)" markiert ist, können mit Y neue Spiele hinzugefügt werden und TWLoader fragt jetzt nach, ob es sich aktualisieren soll, wenn es eine neue Version gibt. Die Unterstützung für die Flashkarten DSTT/R4i Gold/R4i-SDHC/R4 SDHC Dual-Core/R4 SDHC Upgrade/SC DSONE wurde repariert, ein paar Übersetzungen gefixt und das Nintendo-Logo wird wieder auf dem unteren Bildschirm angezeigt. Außerdem wurde ein Fehler behoben., bei dem sich TWLoader laufend selbst aktualisiert hat, obwohl es keine neue Version gab.
Die Acekard 2(i) funktioniert aber in der Homebrew immer noch nicht.

Wenn SELECT im Spielmenü gedrückt wird, wird nun GBARunner2 gestartet, mit dem GBA-Spiele abgespielt werden können. Zudem ist nun ein Auto-Updater/Downloader für NDS-Bootstrap und den TWLoader selbst enthalten. Das Akku-Icon funktioniert jetzt auch.
