3DS-Systemupdate v5.1.0-11 verfügbar

Heute hat Nintendo einen Bugfix veröffentlicht, der bei dem letzten Update auftrat. Wie immer: ACHTUNG, Flashcardbesitzer! Die R4 wird allerdings ohne Update unterstützt. (Die Supercard DSTWO wahrscheinlich auch).

● Mögliche Probleme beim Aufrufen bestimmter Anwendungen nach Durchführung eines System-Updates behoben

Es wurde ein Problem behoben, das für einige Nutzer, die während des System-Updates eine Fehlermeldung erhielten, das Aufrufen der Systemeinstellungen, des Nintendo eShops oder der Spielnotizen unmöglich machte.

Wiimms ISO Tools v2.13a r4298

Auch hat Wiimm seine ISO-Tools aktualisiert. Auch wurde ein kritischer Fehler beseitigt: Es wurde unter bestimmten Umständen nicht abgebrochen hat, falls die Platte voll war.

 - Mac+Linux+Unix: Script 'install.sh' will call itself with 'sudo' if not
   started by user 'root'. Read INSTALL.txt for details.

 - Windows: Cygwin updated.

 - Bug fix: If writing an image failed ('disc full' for example), the tools
   didn't aborted and, if option --remove was set, deleted the source image.
   This bug arrived with the implementation of preallocation, because of a
   lost error status.

Wiimm hat wieder seine SZS Tools aktualisiert! Diesmal mit allerhand Bugfixes.

 - New docu file: INSTALL.txt

 - Mac+Linux+Unix: Script 'install.sh' will call itself with 'sudo' if not
   started by user 'root'. Read INSTALL.txt for details.

 - Windows: Cygwin updated.

 - Better detection of UTF-8 files with byte order mark (BOM). Tool wbmgt will
   accept those files now.

 - Bug fix: wbmgt CAT: The option --patch is now processed.

 - Bug fix: wbmgt ENCODE: Wrong file naming fixed.

 - Bug fix: Option --kcl: If no 'DROP*' mode is set, the tools drops all bad
   triangles automatically. For an existing octree, it is only 'DROP-UNUSED'.

 - Check KCL+KMP: The checks are now done after patching.

 - New option --kmp=modes: It works like --kcl=modes to define KMP jobs and
   modes. The first modes are:
    - NEW        : Scan KMP and create a new one.
    - RM-SPCITEM : Clear 'special items for players' setting of the 6 item box
		   object types.
    - FIX-CKPH   : Fix the section CKPH.
    - FIX-ENPH   : Fix the section ENPH.
    - FIX-ITPH   : Fix the section ITPH.
    - FIX-PH     : Short cut for: FIX-CKPH,FIX-ENPH,FIX-ITPH.
    - INPLACE    : Force inplace replacing of KMP files (old mode).
    - LOG        : Debug: Enable KMP specific logging.
   The fix modes are EXPERIMENTAL!

3DS Systemupdate v5.0.0-11 veröffentlicht

Heute hat Nintendo ein neues Update für den 3DS veröffentlicht. Dieses beinhaltet allerdings leider kein Miiverse oder sonstige Änderungen. Flashkartenbesitzer sollten wie immer Abstand halten!

UPDATE: Die R4iDS unterstützt die neue v5 direkt, solange ihr das 4.5 Update auf eurer Karte besitzt! Quelle Mit einem Klick auf diesen Link verlässt du die WiiDatabase. Auch die Supercard DSTWO wird ohne Update unterstützt!

vWii: Inoffizielle Kanäle nun auch von der SD-Karte!

Den IOS 80 Installer gibt es nun auch für den Wii-Modus der Wii U! Damit könnt ihr nun das IOS 80 patchen und Custom-Channels auf die SD-Karte verschieben! Startet einfach die App im Homebrewkanal und bestätigt alles – schon wird das IOS gepatcht!

Eine neue WiiFlow Beta fixt Probleme mit 2-Disk Gamecube-Spielen. Gleichzeitig entschuldigt sich FIX94 dafür, dass er nur noch wenig Zeit für WiiFlow hatte.

sorry guys that I cant really work on wiiflow atm, too much to do...
-added devo disc 2 checks for gamenames gam2.iso and disc2.iso, so now
we check for gam1.iso, gam2.iso and disc2.iso, if one of those ones are
found in the same folder as disc 1 then devo gets the info about it

U.a. wurde die Video-Abspielfunktion im WiiMC, ein Memory Leak, der Musikplayer und die Pfadkonfiguration gefixt.

- fix crash when starting a movie with WiiMC (it is still not supported on WiiMC
side though. Only MPlayerCE fully works.)
- fix of possible memory leak on new homebrew launch procedure
- fix garbled path configuration. the user input is taken as is now for every
path. ( issue 527 )
- display bug fix when sliding out music player with opened play list
- update progress total value on calculating the transfer/delete size so that
the user doesn't get the feeling it freezes on large directories

 - wkmpt CHECK (and all commands calling this function internally):
   4 new tests for sections CKPH, ENPH and ITPH:
    - The section must not be empty (WARNING).
    - Only ITPH: The first 'next' link must be valid (WARNING).
    - Each group must have at least one valid 'next' link (WARNING).
    - Each group must have at least one valid 'prev' link (HINT).

 - Option --kcl-script can now be used multiple times to execute multiple
   kcl script in the entered order.

 - Two new parser functions to identify the source within a script: isKCL()
   and isKMP(). Both functions return 0 for false, 1 for true or 2 for true,
   if the source is named 'course.*' (main KCL/KMP file).

- Bug fix: "wit EDIT" failed on WBFS files since v2.10a (Write privileges
not longer needed for WBFS files).

- New command: wwt SCRUB: Scrubs an image and free unused WBFS blocks. It can
be combined with --psel= to clear unwanted image partitions. This command
may help to repair wrong WBFS block maps.

- New wfuse option: --allow-other (-O): This option is a short cut for
'-o allow_other'. It enables re-exporting of the mounted file system for
example by a samba server.
