Nintendos Wii erschien Ende 2006 und überzeugte eine breite Nutzerbasis mit einer innovativen Steuerungsmöglichkeit, bei der der ganze Körper in Bewegung gerät.

Für Nintendo war die Konsole ein voller Erfolg und sie verkaufte sich über 100 Millionen Mal.

Die Homebrew-Szene zählt zusammen mit der PSP- und PS-Vita-Szene zu einer der besten. Der Homebrewkanal ist wohl die bekannteste Homebrew-Applikation, zusammen mit Größen wie dem USB Loader GX, WiiFlow, Nintendont oder die GX-Emulatoren. Nicht umsonst ist die Wii der Namensgeber dieser Webseite!

Ende Oktober 2013 wurde die Produktion der Wii in Europa eingestellt. Die Nachfolgerkonsole "Wii U" war hingegen ein Flop.

global settings under startup, it will only work with d2x v9 beta,
d2x v10 alt or hermes cIOS 5.0 or later, setting is saved in the
NAND save, so individual for every wii, wiiflow will reboot after
you change it

clear all existing secondary entrances in the ROM before importing.

 - wstrt TRACKS+ARENAS: The index column shows now the internal zero based
   track index of the track or arena instead of a simple track counter.

 - wstrt FIND -lll: Additionally print the slot index and the internal index
   (both zero based) before the file names.

 - New command: wbmgt CAT: Print decoded BMG files to stdout. If a source is
   a SZS file and no subfile is entered, subfile './message/Common.bmg' is

McLeodGaming hat Super Smash Flash 2 aktualisiert! Neu sind Smash-Bälle und eine Linux-Verison des Games! Versehentliche K.Os wurden gefixt und der Ex/Import der Speicherdaten wurde verbessert. Desweiteren wurden viele Bugs gefixt. Klickt auf den Spoiler unten, um alle Änderungen zu sehen!

  • Linux users can now play the game using an executable
  • Intro now uses McLeodGaming logo animation instead of text-based logo
  • Balance changes to everyone – knockback is overall weaker. Minor balance changes also made.
  • Fixes to ground-attachment engine; running on Green Hill Zone and Emerald Cave and similar stages is much improved.
  • Tap jumpers rejoice; utilts can now be used with the ol' right/left+up+attack shortcut!
