Satoru Iwata kündigte in der letzten Nintendo Direct ein Speicherdatentransfertool für den 3DS an. Mit diesem Tool kann man Speicherdaten von der Retail-Version eines Spiels zu der digitalen-Version übertragen. Dieses Tool soll im März kommen – allerdings nur für Japan.
